Dossier

Tharak Nagaveti

3D and AI engineer. Building Hydrilla AI and Hawan Research Labs. Developer intern at Nutcake.

Tharak Nagaveti is an Indian 3D and AI engineer based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He is a co-founder of Hydrilla AI, a researcher at Hawan Research Labs, and a developer intern at Nutcake.[1]

His public work sits where production 3D, machine learning, and full-stack software meet. He studies computer science at KL University, began professional work with a full-stack internship in 2024, and was previously a fellow at Founders, Inc.[1] [4]

This page is a single dossier of that public record. Dates appear only where a source states them. Roles marked current are the ones his profile and the Hydrilla team page still list.

Career

Three roles are current on the profile: product at Hydrilla AI, research at Hawan Research Labs, and a developer internship at Nutcake. Founders, Inc. is listed as a previous fellowship. Idea Particles is the internship he announced in October 2024.[1]

2025 – present

Hydrilla AI

Co-founder · Product

Hydrilla AI is a software company in Vijayawada, founded in 2025, building AI workflows that accelerate animation and 3D production for creators, studios, and platforms.[1] [3] [4] The team page names Nagaveti as co-founder, beside Dharani Kumar (co-founder and chief technology officer) and Tejesh Varma (co-founder and chief growth officer).[2] F6S also lists him among the company’s investors, with Dharani Kumar.[4]

The product takes a prompt or a reference image. BlueFox 1 returns a segmented mesh with PBR maps — base color, metalness, roughness, and normals — which can be inspected in the browser and exported as GLB, FBX, OBJ, or USDZ. The public site aims that pipeline at games, film and animation, architecture, AR and VR, and product visualization.[3] A demo is published on YouTube, and the model is documented at BlueFox 3D.

“Our AI agents act as a companion for artists and studios. They assist in creating, refining, and enhancing 3D models in real time.”

Tharak Nagaveti, February 2026. The note adds that the work sits inside Blender and Autodesk Maya.

2026 – present

Hawan Research Labs

Research

Hawan Research Labs is listed as a current research post. The company card describes a research services firm of under ten people, founded in 2026.[1] Hydrilla’s team page treats the two organizations as one bench: “the people at Hydrilla and Hawan Research Labs building BlueFox 1.”[2]

Current

Nutcake

Developer intern

The profile headline and experience list a current developer internship at Nutcake. A description of the work, and its start date, are not published on the sources used for this page.[1]

Previous

Founders, Inc.

Fellow

The profile lists a previous fellowship at Founders, Inc. The public posts that mention it do not give the cohort or the dates.[1] [6]

From 23 Oct 2024

Idea Particles

Full-stack development intern

On 23 October 2024 he wrote that Idea Particles was his first internship, begun at 17. The work, as he described it, was user experience plus front-end and back-end development.[6]

Education

Bachelor of Technology in computer science, KL University (KLEF Deemed to be University), Vijayawada.[1] The F6S profile records the same institution.[4] Years of study are not stated on those pages. Coursework repositories on GitHub, named with university examination codes, sit alongside the degree.

Research

Two research notes are public, both written while the longer technical record was still forming. Neither is presented here as a finished paper.

On 4 January 2025 he wrote that he, Yengala Dharani Kumar, and Aditya Sai Sontena had started a paper on machine learning for predictive maintenance in Industry 4.0. The note names supervised learning, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning, and the practical problems of data quality, model complexity, and legacy systems. He described the work as just beginning.[7]

On 15 March 2025 he published a note titled “Expanding the Frontiers of Deepfake Research & Machine Learning.”[8] The GitHub account later carries a cluster of repositories under that line of work: deepfake, deep-lab, deepplatform, and deep-fake.

The production research attached to his current roles is BlueFox 1, the Hydrilla model built with Hawan Research Labs. A separate repository, reconstruct-api-main, sits next to the 3D reconstruction skill on the profile. This page does not infer an architecture from the name.

Practice

The profile groups his practice in three bands. The wording below follows that list.

3D
3D modeling, 3D production, and 3D reconstruction, alongside production itself.
Learning
Artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, MLOps, and research.
Software
Full-stack development, software engineering, app development, mobile application development, and program management.

Code

The GitHub account Tharak23 was opened on 7 May 2020. The public profile reads “Developer,” names Hydrilla AI and Vijayawada, and points to hydrilla.ai and @tnagaveti. As of 5 October 2026 it holds 67 public repositories and the Pull Shark achievement.[5]

  • 2025-GSoC-Proposal-Selected

The repository’s own description: “Get selected by Google DeepMind in 2025.”

  • Madclub-Decentralized

Described there as a decentralized credit scoring system using Python (Flask), React, and Solidity, drawing on financial and other data.

  • research-hub

A family of repositories from late 2025: research-hub, its front and back ends, academic-flow-kit, collab-hub-researchers, and research-backend.

  • mold.hydrilla

Public Hydrilla-named code, updated in August 2026. No description is published on the repository.

Other public repositories include soa-bidding and its Java back end, post-maker, the bridge full-stack and back-end pair, kl-portal, geotag, CanteenPro, chat-sphere1, and decentralized-voting. Examination repositories from KL University coursework are on the same account and are not catalogued here.
